Dashboard data, Monitoring, and the Devices page all feature a set of filter tools at the top of the page to let you narrow down the devices showing on the page.

  • Policy Selector will show data for only your Macs and iOS devices assigned to that policy.
  • Devices Filter provides a way to filter based on any individual device fact or a combination of facts, giving you the granular ability to expose potential problems throughout your organization.

Your current filter settings are kept in tact as you navigate through Addigy so you can be sure that you’re looking at the same set of devices whether you’re reviewing your support activity on the Monitoring page or reviewing the Devices page.

Additionally, you’re last settings are saved for the next time you log in so you can continue where you left off.

If you have an Addigy account and have additional questions, you can create a ticket by emailing support@addigy.com.

Alternatively, you can submit a support request within Addigy.
