Addigy provides DuoMobile two-factor authentication (2FA) via DuoSecurity.  


Addigy also provides native 2FA support. Addigy's native 2FA supports many Time-Based One-Time password applications including Duo Mobile.


To use DUO 2FA go to the Support -> Integrations (your Addigy account must have Owner permissions for your organization), and enable Duo. As soon as you click to toggle on the integration, all Addigy users on your account will receive an invitation email that includes a QR code to set up 2FA.  We highly encourage you to leverage DuoMobile 2FA with our Addigy account, providing further security for your account.      






All users within your Addigy account will receive a setup email with a QR code that must be scanned by the Duo Mobile app.   

 



When logging in to Addigy, your users will be prompted for a one-time-use Duo Mobile PIN.



Note: Users will have to re-enroll with Duo after 6 months of inactivity
