If you are experiencing issues connecting to a device using Addigy's ScreenConnect integration, it can usually be remedied by reinstalling ScreenConnect on the device.         

To reinstall ScreenConnect, first navigate to Community > Scripts and search for the command Re-install Screen Connect (if experiencing issues starting a session)

Once you enter the script, guide your cursor to the top-right hand side of the page and click Copy to My Scripts

Now, navigate over to the Devices page and select which device will receive the command. The command name should appear in the Scripts toolbar 

A Job Details window will pop up to notify you of the progress of your command.

If you continue to experience issues with Addigy's ScreenConnect integration, please submit a ticket to our support team with details of the devices being impacted.
