Fixing a Broken Addigy LiveTerminal

If the Addigy LiveTerminal was previously functioning properly on a device but has stopped working for some reason, try running this command from the Devices page to reinstall the software and settings:

/Library/Addigy/ssh -install


Addigy Agent Not Responding

If you get this error, we advise reinstalling the Addigy agent.  You can do so by going to the devices page, clicking the device drop-down, and selecting Re-install Agent: 


After re-installing the Addigy agent, run both of these commands separately: 

/Library/Addigy/go-agent policier install install-ssh

/Library/Addigy/ssh -install
